Latest news from France! Tomorrow, October 21, Starbucks will be releasing a new mug from You Are Here series – Toulouse. This is the fifth YAH mug from France, not mentioning the latest YAH Christmas release.
Toulouse is the fourth-largest city in France and is a well-known center of the European aerospace industry. The city has an interesting architectural feature – many buildings are built using pinkish terracotta bricks – which gave it the nickname la Ville Rose (“the Pink City”). No wonder the mug is pink inside and has a lot of pink outside. So far we can only see one side of the mug. Visible elements are: an airplane, which like I said earlier, represents city’s strong connection with aerospace industry and Capitole de Toulouse – hôtel de ville (town hall) of the city.
I will update the post as we get more pictures. My guess so far – it might be available in Paris airports after some time.
