Been There Ornament – Delaware

Here’s Starbucks Been There Ornament Delaware. It has blue string and shows this on the front:
– Delaware Memorial Bridge – a twin suspension bridge crossing the Delaware River. It consists of two spans which opened to traffic on August 16, 1951 and September 12, 1968 respectively. While similar in appearance, two spans have their differences. The original span was constructed of riveted steel plates, while the second span was constructed mostly of welded steel plates.
– Blue crab – since crabbing has long been associated with the Delaware and Maryland beaches
– Two birds – if the intention was to depict Delaware Blue Hen, the state bird of Delaware, then I believe designer didn’t do a very good job, to be honest.
– Sun, umbrellas, beach towels and sun glasses – that’s for The Delaware Beaches located along the Atlantic Ocean. Out of the 30 states with coastline, the Delaware Beaches always rank in top 3 year after year.
