Year 2016 is not over, Starbucks tells us. The most recent release is the new YAH – Brussels, Belgium. Please note, this is a soft launch of 200 or something mugs, dedicated to a reopening of the Starbucks store in Brussels Airport. The second phase of the release is expected at the end of February, 2017. Stay tuned.

Hello Sara.
There are actually 2 options:
1) You find them on eBay (see links below the post). It might be expensive for some mugs, but with proper monitoring you can find good deals sometimes.
2) You join one of the multiple groups on Facebook where people from different cities and countries trade mugs with each other or help to buy them. Just search for words like “starbucks, mugs, collectors” on Facebook and choose the groups with the biggest member count.
