Discovery Series – Aspen
Discovery Series Aspen is a full-size version of the ornament that I have in my collection.
Aspen is a mountain town in Colorado that began as a silver mining settlement in the late 19th century before reinventing itself as a world-renowned alpine destination. Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, it evolved into a center for outdoor recreation, culture, and seasonal tourism. Its remote setting and dramatic scenery have shaped a distinct identity tied closely to nature. Today, Aspen is known for its balance of rugged landscapes and refined mountain living.
This mug highlights several natural features and activities that define the Aspen experience.
– The Maroon Bells are among the most photographed peaks in North America. Located just outside Aspen, the twin mountains rise above Maroon Lake with dramatic symmetry.
