Been There Ornament – Mississippi
Starbucks Been There Ornament Mississippi has a red string and the following state symbols:
– Magnolia, State’s flower and tree.
– The mockingbird was designated the official state bird of Mississippi in 1944
– Largemouth bass has been chosen as the official state fish in 1974
– Guitar and musical notes – probably related to blues which grew up in the Mississippi Delta just upriver from New Orleans, the birthplace of jazz. Blues and jazz have always influenced each other, and they still interact in countless ways today.
– Mississippi Punch – a surprisingly refreshing drink (despite the proportions: 2oz cognac, 1oz rum, 1oz bourbon, 1/2oz fresh squeezed lemon juice, 2 tsp powdered sugar)
