I almost forgot I added this to my collection earlier. Starbucks You Are Here Ornament – Phu Quoc is the ninth mini YAH from Vietnam. I made a full review of the bigger mug here, and the ornament is a complete copy of it.

What you’re seeing is the mug that popped up last summer and caused some confusion. At first glance, Been There – Philippines 2 – Summer Edition 2023 looked like the Christmas mug, outlined with black only. However, after a quick search, I found out that the somewhat official name of the new four Philippines mugs (see the last photo in this post) is “Summer Been There Series”. The cover is not different from the regular version and has no additional writing, however, the actual box is black.… Read more
Along with the bigger mug, Starbucks released You Are Here Ornament – Ho Chi Minh City 2, which is an updated version of the existing ornament. It has been a while since we’ve seen the last release from this collection, and that’s more than 3 years after the release of the Been There Vietnam ornament.
Again, I don’t understand the reasoning for the release, but I am really happy to add this ornament to my collection.
Starbucks Been There – China is probably the best-looking mug from this series that I’ve seen. The designers did a great job while using bright red and shiny gold colors. This, however, comes with the inconvenience of not being able to use it in the microwave or dishwasher. Please note, that there are dozens of Been There city mugs from China that I will be adding soon, stay tuned!

Starbucks Been There – Cartagena should be available in stores for a while now. It’s not the first Colombian city mug from this series, but rather the part of the second batch.

Absolutely out of nowhere, You Are Here Ho Chi Minh City 2 was revealed to the world. I am tired of sounding like a broken record, but Starbucks managed to surprise me again! And the reason no one was expecting this, is that Starbucks already released Been There version of the mug for this city more than three years ago!

It was rumored that the release of the Discovery Series is going to start on April 9, but it seems that many locations started selling them much earlier! This is a new release for the Sunshine State. Starbucks Discovery Series – Florida showcases the bright design using yellow, red, and green color palettes. I am monitoring the audience’s reaction and I have to admit that the opinions about the new collection are divided. As for myself, I prefer to see them in person and render my verdict then.

Another state is joining the new collection with the release of the Discovery Series – New York mug. Interestingly enough, the sphere on the front of the mug is green, similar to yesterday’s release. Another observation I’ve made is that, unlike the previous series, the inside of the mug is matte, or at least not as glossy.
