Been There Ornament – Rhode Island

Starbucks Been There Ornament Rhode Island is the smallest state, according to the front of this mini mug. There is also:
– Newport Tower – a round stone tower located in Touro Park in Newport. It was believed to represent evidence of pre-Columbian trans-oceanic contact, however the carbon dating proves that it was built in the mid-17th century.
– Blue violet – the state flower adopted in 1968. Interesting to know, that Rhode Island was the last state adopt an official state flower.… Read more

Been There Ornament – Delaware

Here’s Starbucks Been There Ornament Delaware. It has blue string and shows this on the front:
– Delaware Memorial Bridge – a twin suspension bridge crossing the Delaware River. It consists of two spans which opened to traffic on August 16, 1951 and September 12, 1968 respectively. While similar in appearance, two spans have their differences. The original span was constructed of riveted steel plates, while the second span was constructed mostly of welded steel plates.
– Blue crab – since crabbing has long been associated with the Delaware and Maryland beaches
– Two birds – if the intention was to depict Delaware Blue Hen, the state bird of Delaware, then I believe designer didn’t do a very good job, to be honest.… Read more

You Are Here Ornament Christmas – France

I know, I told this so many times before, but again, Starbucks took me by surprise. Could you imagine there will be new You Are Here Christmas Ornaments? And let me remind you, this is the first time Starbucks releases anything like that since 2014!
This particular mug is for France, and there is no regular Ornament we can compare it with. In fact, it is the copy of it’s bigger, recently released sibling, which in it’s turn resembles regular YAH France.… Read more

Been There Ornament – North Carolina

The big portion of Starbucks Been There Ornament North Carolina mug is occupied by a picture of sand dunes with small wooden bridge over them. We can see the ocean behind. More than half of North Carolina’s coast is concentrated in the Outer Banks, a series of barrier islands divided into 4 regions ideal for all year, and especially summer, vacations.
Other notable elements:
– That flower at the bottom, it doesn’t look like dogwood, official state flower. So I wonder what is it?… Read more

Been There Ornament – Utah

Here is Starbucks Been There Ornament Utah with red string. From the front of the mug:
– The Great Salt Lake – is the largest salt water lake in North America. It’s size fluctuates significantly though, due to its shallowness. Interesting to know, that it is a remnant of Lake Bonneville, a much larger lake, existed 16000 years ago.
– Dinosaur National Monument – located on the border of Utah and Colorado. Here, many fossils are embedded in a sloping rock formation that was once a sandbar on the edge of a large river.… Read more
