You Are Here Ornament – Ba Na Hills

With the release of the regular YAH mug for Ba Na Hills comes his little brother You Are Here Ornament – Ba Na Hills. It could be seen on the pictures from Starbucks Facebook page earlier, but the quality of the photo was so poor, that I didn’t dare to post it here. Now, thanks to a collector, we have clear evidence that it exists. It has a blue string and can only be purchased in the Starbucks store in Ba Na Hills resort.… Read more

You Are Here – Ba Na Hills

You Are Here – Ba Na Hills mug is released for a mountain resort in the DaNang province. Hai Phong is a major industrial city and the third largest city in Vietnam.… Read more

You Are Here – Da Nang

Today, Starbucks has opened a store in Da Nang and we can see new mugs on the shelf. Let’s wait for better pics in order to identify what design elements were used for the new release.
Update from 02/05/2018: added a better image where we can see:
– a cruise ship (referring to the fact that Da Nang is a popular resort city due it’s beautiful sandy beaches)
– fireworks (DaNang International Fireworks Festival)
Dragon Bridge – a six lanes bridge over the River Hàn opened in 2013
Hàn River Bridge – swing bridge (car traffic has to be stopped for the the bridge to swing and to allow shipping traffic to pass along the river)
It’s the first time I see two bridges depicted on one YAH and this is probably why Da Nang’s nickname is City of Bridges.… Read more
