You Are Here – Budapest

Alright, a new mug from You Are Here series is coming from Europe. As you can see this is Budapest, which is the capital and the biggest city of Hungary. In the year 1873 three towns on the banks of the river River Danube (Buda, Óbuda (Old Buda), and Pest) were merged together to form Budapest. These are sights from this city seen on the mug:
Buda Castle – is a historical palace completed in 1265 which is a part of the Budapest World Heritage Site
Millennium Underground Railway aka Line 1 (Budapest Metro) – is the oldest subway line in mainland Europe

Starbucks You Are Here family continues to expand in Oceania. After five mugs from Australia we didn’t expect more. Well, we’re wrong. Confirmed with picture is brand new Queenstown, New Zealand mug. If you look for pics of Queenstown in Google, you gonna be amazed, because it’s a beautiful town at the lake shore surrounded by big mountains. No wonder it attracts many tourists each year. Latest news from France! Tomorrow, October 21, Starbucks will be releasing a new mug from You Are Here series – Toulouse. This is the fifth YAH mug from France, not mentioning the latest YAH Christmas release.

Starbucks You Are Here Series is expanding again! Please meet YAH Phnom Penh mug. As it was announced at the Official Cambodia Facebook page it will be available for sale on October 7 at their Flagship Store. So far we can only see one side of the mug, where Independence Monument is portrayed. The monument was built in 1958 to commemorate Cambodia’s independence from France in 1953. It is the center of activity, where a ceremonial flame is often lit by a royal or high official during national celebrations.… Read more

Starbucks keeps releasing You Are Here mugs like crazy. Here is another one from Bodrum, Turkey. Bodrum is a city-port in southwestern part of Turkey and as many places in this region has rich history. Its ancient name is Halicarnassus and archaeological findings confirm presence of settlements back to fifteenth century BC. Halicarnassus is a hometown for Herodotus and was famous for the tomb of Mausolus, the origin of the word mausoleum, built between 353 BC and 350 BC.
