You Are Here – Wroclaw

Starbucks You Are Here – Wrocław has also been released past weekend. It makes it the fifth Poland YAH (not counting the Christmas version). Is it me or the latest YAHs are all pretty nice looking, at least the colors used are brighter? I think this is great, it means the designers are still investing time and effort into the You Are Here Collection, even though it is set to be phased out.
Wrocław is the largest city in the historical region of Silesia and is located on the banks of the River Oder.… Read more

You Are Here – Poznań

I could not actually believe my eyes when I saw the message from the blog reader about this release. You Are Here – Poznań pretty much questions my belief on how fast YAHs will be replaced with Been There mugs. It seems that we still have some pretty nice releases ahead of us.
Poznań is the fifth-largest and one of the oldest cities in Poland located on the Warta River in the west-central part of the county. Established in the 10th century it has a rich history and for a long time was an important political and religious center of territories that later formed the Duchy of Poland.… Read more

You Are Here – Nancy

Starbucks You Are Here – Nancy is another French city mug coming to stores right now. Nancy is a city in the north-east of the country which was the capital of the Duchy of Lorraine back in the days. It was Stanislaus who requested the construction of Place Stanislaus, a large square built between March 1752 and November 1755 which is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.… Read more

– The Royal Castle has served as the official residence of the Polish monarchs for centuries. It is located in the Castle Square, at the entrance to the Warsaw Old Town.… Read more

You Are Here – Krakow

YAH mugs are still in demand in Europe. Brand new release, Starbucks You Are Here Krakow is another example.
From the mug:
Kraków Cloth Hall – was once a major centre of international trade. It is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1978.
St. Mary’s Basilica – one of the best examples of Polish Gothic architecture. Probably the most interesting detail here – its towers are of a different design and height.
Kraków Barbican – a fortified outpost once connected to the city walls
