You Are Here – Utrecht

Starbucks keeps delivering! Second 2018 YAH is here and it is You Are Here Utrecht, straight from Netherlands. This colorful mug is the sixth from this country.
From the mug:
– Beaches along the banks of river Rheine.
Utrecht Centraal – largest and busiest railway station in the Netherlands
And that’s pretty much it. Although I really like recent YAHs, especially the choice of colors, I would include more landmarks for Utrecht. Specifically the iconic Domtoren, a 14th-century bell tower with city views or the Gothic Cathedral of St.Read more

You Are Here – Prague 2

Would you have guessed what is the first YAH of 2018? Under no circumstances would I bet on a second version of the existing mug from Europe! Nonetheless, such is reality – You Are Here Prague v2 has just been spotted online. Whatever Starbucks’ reasons to create a new version were, I greet this mug with joy! My personal opinion – the new mug is better looking and more festive. Do you agree?
Let’s compare both mugs. Obviously, the motif is the same but certain adjustments were done.… Read more

You Are Here – Durban

This release was announced two weeks ago at Starbucks South Africa Facebook page, so here it is – You Are Here – Durban.
Durban is the busiest port in South Africa. It is also a major touristic attraction thanks to warm subtropical climate and extensive beaches.
Displayed on the mug are sun, mountains, beaches and ocean – something well describing this place. An interesting detail is the dolphin – obviously representing uShaka Marine World – a theme park opened in 2004.… Read more

As for the mug, it resembles the regular YAH with the snowman, Christmas tree and some other elements added to it.
Please see the pic below for a comparison:
