Another mug from the Holiday release in the Philippines is Starbucks You Are Here Christmas – Manila v3. As I mentioned in the post for Philippines v3 mug, the box is red and outlines are silver (same as v2), however the name and the Christmas decorations are silver-red.

One of the European countries gets Christmas early with the release of Starbucks You Are Here Christmas – Poland. It has just been revealed by a Facebook user today and it seems that the design of the mug and the box are very similar to what we’ve seen last year – white background with gold lines, red handle and a black box. Again, thanks to a reader of my blog with an eagle eye, I’ve discovered that there were two mugs I missed to add last Holiday Season! And here’s one of them, You Are Here Christmas – Istanbul 2 mug which is very unique in a sense, that it is the only Christmas city mug with the red handle!
Below, is the collage of all three Istanbul YAHs side by side. As you can see, there are couple other elements making Christmas v1 and v2 different, apart from the red handle, namely:
– the Christmas tree and snowman have switched places
– there are two additional candy canes on the right
– the small ship now carries a gift box
– the tram on the front of the mug is now missing the huge bow, which was initially introduced with v1

No regular mug has been released for Romania, nonetheless here’s the picture of Starbucks You Are Here Christmas – Romania. In other words, Starbucks went straight ahead with Holiday Edition. While waiting for a better pics, I can only recognize Palace of the Parliament in Bucharest. It was designed and supervised by a team of 700 architects with the Anca Petrescu being the head architect. The construction has started in 1984 and even now it’s still not completed. Unfortunately there are some dark sides of it, as it was ordered by Romanian dictator, Nicolae Ceaușescu, who needed it at any cost.… Read more
