The design is pretty simple and apart from a horse silhouette (The Arabian horse is one of the most easily recognizable horse breeds in the world thanks to its distinctive head shape and high tail carriage), we can see the skyline of Dubai. The tallest building in Dubai and the whole world is the Burj Khalifa. It has 163 floors and is 2,722 ft high!

New country mug – Starbucks You Are Here Qatar shows waves, sand and futuristic skyscrapers on the front. I am sure this is the skyline of Doha, the capital of Qatar. Did you know this country has the highest per capita income in the world? This is obviously due to the discovery of oil since before that, the economy of Qatar was focused on fishing and pearl hunting (the latter crashed by 1930, after the introduction of the Japanese cultured pearl onto the world market)

Starbucks You Are Here Cambodia is another country mug from Asia. The front of the mug is mostly occupied by Ta Prohm – ancient temple located in Angkor. It was built between 12th and 13th centuries and it is also worth mentioning that the original name of this temple is Rajavihara – “monastery of the king”. It was included in UNESCO World Heritage List in 1992 and is now in pretty much the same condition in which it was found.… Read more
